By accessing and using OddsQuanta ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

OddsQuanta provides sports betting information, odds comparison tools, and expected value calculations for educational and informational purposes only. Our services include:

• Positive Expected Value (EV) opportunity identification
• Arbitrage betting opportunity detection
• Real-time odds comparison across multiple sportsbooks
• Statistical analysis and betting tools

We do not accept wagers, facilitate gambling, or operate as a sportsbook. All betting decisions and actions are made solely by the user at their own discretion and risk.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using OddsQuanta, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (18+ or 21+ depending on location)
• You are legally permitted to engage in sports betting in your jurisdiction
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

OddsQuanta offers both free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected)
• Payment is processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• You will lose access to premium features at the end of your billing period
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis:

• Trial Period: You can cancel during the 5-day trial period (Pro plan only) with no charge
• First 48 Hours: If you experience technical issues within 48 hours of subscription, contact us at info@oddsquanta.com
• Exceptional Circumstances: We may issue refunds at our sole discretion for service outages or significant technical failures
• No Refunds for: Change of mind, unused service time, or betting losses

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, lines, or any other information
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That defects will be corrected or that the Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Any specific results or profits from using our tools and information
• That our calculations, algorithms, or devigging methods are accurate or optimal
• That odds displayed are still available at sportsbooks when you attempt to place bets

You are solely responsible for verifying all information before placing any bets. Odds can change rapidly, and information displayed on OddsQuanta may not reflect current market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsQuanta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Betting losses or financial damages of any kind
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our data or services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate another person or entity

All content on OddsQuanta, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of OddsQuanta or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any betting losses or gambling-related issues

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except where prohibited by law.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
